Purify Your Blood with This Juice

Recipe for this juice: Fresh pineapple, Organic- apple, pitted cherries, walnuts, parsley, red lettuce, carrot, celery, cacao butter, flax seeds, beets, guava pulp, coconut water with pulp, avocado, banana, almonds, little water. I like my juice thick. I started out at the weight of 184 lbs. I am now down to 172. I have more information on this video "It Works Great! ™Montel HealthMaster Elite. Goitrogens Effect on Thyroid" I have no need for dead foods anymore. I made a quick juice last night - I soaked the walnuts this time, I put in some red lettuce, an avocado, a banana, pineapple fresh, an apple, and some organic honey and i added a teaspoon of organic peanut butter. It was so delicious!
I did a workout about 9:30 pm last night. I do it however i can. This blog is one of my first and the camera is terrible. As a matter of fact all my videos are not too good. Lots of room for improvement.

Goitrogenic foods - http://loseweigheasyfresh.blogspot.com/ (Goitrogens) are substances that suppress the function of the thyroid gland by interfering with iodine uptake, which can, as a result, cause an enlargement of the thyroid, i.e., a goiter. Please look this up for yourself!

Saturated fat:
Various fats contain different proportions of saturated and unsaturated fat. Examples of foods containing a high proportion of saturated fat include animal fats such as cream, cheese, butter, and ghee; suet, tallow, lard, and fatty meats; as well as certain vegetable products such as coconut oil, cottonseed oil, palm kernel oil, chocolate, and many prepared foods.
Ex:Colorectal cancer
A systematic literature review published by the World Cancer Research Fund and the American Institute for Cancer Research in 2007 found limited but "consistent evidence" for a positive relationship between animal fat and colorectal cancer.
